Brandon Kirksey is the founder and architect of Applied Autonomy LLC, a privacy-first design studio for autonomous software, which he started in Denver in 2026. He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning academic research and industrial operations management. He designs the company’s products, starting with CareerSeeker: an agent that does the busywork of a job search while leaving every decision to the person it works for. Looking ahead, he is positioning his work at the intersection of biological engineering and artificial intelligence, with the aim of conducting frontier research in synthetic biology and applying it to real-world problems.

Software that acts for you should be constrained by structure, not promises: your data on your device, claims it can prove, and a clear line where automation stops and you decide. Our five operating principles say it in full.
